Years working in food marketing revealed something that didn’t sit right with me: the same industry telling us what to eat was also fuelling confusion, fad diets, and a growing disconnection from real nourishment. Convenience, profit, and clever packaging had taken centre stage—while our biology was left behind. And many women, myself included, were paying the price.
After facing my own health struggles, I learned first-hand that food is far more than calories or fuel. It’s biological information. The nutrients we eat communicate with our metabolism, hormones, and cells—shaping how we feel, think, and function every single day.
