    Nutritional therapy provides a personalised exploration of your unique biology, lifestyle, and diet. Together, we uncover the root causes of your health concerns and help you reconnect with what it feels like to truly feel good in your body. Recognising that no two people are the same, consultations are tailored specifically to you. Where needed, specialised testing can reveal hidden imbalances and inform customised strategies designed to support lasting health and vitality.

    Initial Consultation: 90 minutes
    Follow up: 60 minutes

    Meal Planning and Supplement Support
    While a full consultation is always recommended, Emily offers targeted meal plan and supplement support for those seeking guidance aligned with their goals. Plans are tailored using anthropometric data, lifestyle factors, and evidence-based nutritional frameworks.

  • In some cases, Emily may recommend functional testing as part of her personalised treatment plans. These advanced tools help uncover underlying imbalances that might not be visible through standard assessments—providing a smarter, more targeted way to support your health.

    Functional testing is available by appointment only.
